Standard Payment Terms
To ensure mutual security and seamless execution of large-scale international shipments, Tareno Tradex operates strictly on the following standard financial terms for all new global partnerships:

50% Advance Payment (T/T)
Telegraphic Transfer required upon Proforma Invoice (PI) acceptance to initiate procurement, processing, and packaging.

50% by Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at Sight
The remaining balance is to be secured via an Irrevocable LC at Sight, payable upon presentation of shipping documents (BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.) at the negotiating bank.
Shipping & Incoterms
We primarily quote FOB (Free On Board) from major Indian ports (Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Chennai). However, we are fully equipped to arrange logistics and provide CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or CFR quotations upon specific buyer request. All operations adhere strictly to Incoterms 2020.
Quality Assurance & Inspection
We welcome and facilitate Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI) by globally recognized agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Geo-Chem at the buyer's cost. Phytosanitary certificates and fumigation certificates are provided as standard for relevant agricultural/wood exports.
