Sovereign Privacy & Trade Data Governance

1. Institutional Commitment to Confidentiality

Tareno Tradex Private Limited and its sovereign trade partner Indian Exims Corporation ("the Entities", "we", "us") are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, data integrity, and regulatory security for institutional commodity buyers, international importers, and domestic trade partners.

2. Scope of Trade & KYB Information Collected

We collect and process trade-relevant corporate information required to execute sovereign export contracts, domestic tax invoices, customs clearances, and bank instruments, including:

  • Corporate Legal Entity Identifiers (GLEIF LEI, CIN, GSTIN, IEC, VAT/EORI).
  • Authorized Signatory and Trade Representative contact credentials.
  • Commercial consignments, Bill of Lading manifests, and SGS laboratory assay data.
  • Cryptographic wallet addresses for on-chain Polygon/Ethereum batch deed verification.

3. Zero Third-Party Monetization

We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize any client, importer, or transaction information to advertising networks or external brokers. Data is strictly utilized for trade execution, Incoterms fulfillment, and regulatory compliance.

4. Cryptographic Provenance & On-Chain Privacy

Public blockchain provenance records (e.g. on Polygon PoS Mainnet) store cryptographic one-way SHA-256 hashes of laboratory purity certificates and customs shipping bills. Proprietary commercial pricing and confidential buyer banking terms are never exposed on public blockchains.
