Terms of Sovereign Trade & Platform Service
Effective Date: August 17, 2026 • International Export & Pan-India Domestic Trade
1. Sovereign Commercial Trade Framework
All international commodity export sales agreements and domestic wholesale deliveries originated via Tareno Tradex Private Limited and Indian Exims Corporation are governed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms 2020 rules for foreign export, and the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST/IGST) Acts of the Republic of India for domestic wholesale dispatches.
2. Payment Instruments & Escrow Security
International export contracts are structured via:
- Irrevocable, Transferable / Non-Transferable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight issued by Tier-1 International Banks conforming to ICC UCP 600 rules.
- Cash Against Documents (CAD) through designated international corresponding banks.
- Advance Escrow Deposits (T/T Telegraphic Transfer) into designated sovereign corporate escrow accounts.
3. Quality Assays & Compendial Certification
Each commodity and medical glove consignment is inspected and assayed by accredited independent testing agencies (SGS, Intertek, NABL laboratories) at the port of loading (Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Cochin) or domestic dispatch hub (Bhiwandi, Surat, Wardha). Assay findings are immutably recorded with SHA-256 batch cryptographic hashes.
4. Jurisdiction & Arbitration
Any commercial dispute arising out of international contracts shall be resolved under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) or Mumbai International Arbitration Centre (MIAC). Domestic transactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Wardha / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
